Cancellation of a reservation must be confirmed in writing (email or letter).
The application fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.

The payment of a deposit commits the booker to the stay. Any deposit paid cannot be claimed in the event of cancellation.

Nevertheless, in order to take into account the hazards that campers may encounter, the campsite undertakes to refund all or part of the deposit under the following conditions, if your cancellation is received:

• Up to 2 months before the planned date of arrival at the campsite: you will be refunded the the full amount of the deposit,
• Between 2 and 1.5 months before the planned date of arrival at the campsite: you will be refunded the 75% of the deposit,
• Between 1.5 and 1 month before the planned date of arrival at the campsite: you will be refunded the 50% of the deposit,
• Below and in case of late arrival or early departure: no refund.
• Your pitch or rental will be kept at your disposal until noon on the day following your planned arrival date. After this period and without any news from you, the campsite may dispose of it by right. Please inform the reception.

The legal provisions relating to distance selling set out in the Consumer Code stipulate that the right of withdrawal does not apply to the provision of accommodation, transport, catering or leisure services which must be provided on a specific date or at a specific time (article L 121-21-8 12° of the Consumer Code). Thus, for any reservation of services made with La Petite Motte campsite, the client has no right of withdrawal.

We remind you that the FFCC membership card offers holiday cancellation insurance (membership is possible at our campsite, please ask!).
If you are a member and if your cancellation occurs less than one month before the start of your stay, please send your request for reimbursement directly to the FFCC Insurance Department with the cancellation invoice provided by the campsite as well as the documents justifying your cancellation.
